Artwork Requirements

If You’re Submitting a New Logo
Please provide one of the following file types:

• A DST stitch file (if the logo is already digitized), or
• An EPS or AI vector art file (if you’d like us to handle the digitizing) If we’re digitizing the logo for you, please ensure your artwork is sized to the exact dimensions you’d like it embroidered. And don’t forget to include the thread colors you’d like us to use.

Once we’ve received your artwork or stitch file, a test sewout will be done for your approval.

Test Sewout Approval
If the logo is new, before we run your full order we’ll create a test sewout of your design for approval. This step ensures the embroidery looks exactly how you want it—stitching, colors, and overall quality. We’ll send you a high-resolution photo (or physical sample upon request), and once you give the green light, we’ll move forward with production. Your satisfaction comes first!
